NAB AFL Auskick 2008
Registration Information
I would like to welcome you to the 2008 NAB AFL AUSKICK. Last year
more than 147,361 kids right across Australia took part in AFL Auskick.
But in 2008 there'll be many more. As this program gets bigger and
better every year.
NAB AFL Auskick is the Australian Foorball League's key introductory
program for primary school-aged boys and girls and their families.
It is based on a WEEKLY COACHING PROGRAM that focuses
on teaching the skills and the game through appropriately modified
activities and rules. The emphasis is on providing a fun
and safe environment for both kids and parents.
PARENTS-did you know that the program was supported by more than
20,000 volunteers around the country in 2007? THIS TEAM IS FOR
YOU TOO! The involvement of parents is an integral component of the
success of the program, so I encourage you with the help and advice
you need. You do not need to have a background in the game, just
the willingness to spend more time with your children, learn new
skills, get active and make new friends. NAB AFL Auskick is RUN
BY THE COMMUNITY FOR THE COMMUNITY!
I look at NAB AFL Auskick and ask myself these questions. Fortunately,
I know the answers as well…
Is it OK for boys and girls? You bet it is, everyone
is involved.
Is it OK for kids and their parents? Sure is, it's
run by the community for the community.
Is it fun? You're joking, is footy fun? It's the
greatest game in the world.
Is it safe?NAB AFL Auskick has been developed with
fun and safety as its prime drivers. Each centre has co-ordinators
at the helm to answer any of your questions and provide the right
guidance.
Will it work for very young kids? NAB AFL Auskick
starts with five year olds, and teaches kids fundamental motor skills.
What will we get out of it? Everyone - kids and
parents - learn the best game in the world, and makes new friends.
It's for life.
Anything else I need to know? Yep, if you have
a go, you'll end up fitter healthier and discover part of yourself
you never knew existed.

I'm jealous! None of this was available in my day and I'm doing my
darnedest to make sure as many young Australians get their best
chance to make the AFL game their favorite game.
All these benefits would normally retail for over $100.00 and are
sensational value for just $50.00. Want
to save even more money? Why not join the under 9s, 10s, 11s or
12s and only pay a further $80.00. If you were to join independently
this would cost you $130.00. That's a saving of $50.00 !! This offer
is exclusive to Chirnside Park Auskick Inc. in association with
the Chirnside Park Football Club Junior Division. What a deal !
